What if you had to relocate your business... tomorrow?
Who would you turn to, or where would you go for help?
In another story from the Wadena tornado of 2010, Gail Johnson's home-based daycare was destroyed. Thankfully, no one was hurt - but Gail had a dilemma: in this community-wide disaster families were relying on her. She needed to find somewhere to live and somewhere to continue caring for children, and she had to act fast.
Dean Uselman was serving as the Fire Chief when the tornado hit Wadena. He is quick to point out that not everyone was as fortunate as Gail. Having an emergency response plan in place can save business owners critical time following a disaster, and help to assure a speedier recovery.
